... is again being made the root cause of division and despised.
FAITH UNDER FIRE

"A board of county commissioners in North Carolina is asking the Supreme Court for help: Its members don't believe they should have to forbid volunteers from mentioning the name of Jesus in prayers offered before their meetings.
But the American Civil Liberties Union and Americans United for Separation of Church and State are standing by their victory in a U.S. circuit court decision that states even "a solitary reference to Jesus Christ" in invocations before the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners' meetings could do "violence to the pluralistic and inclusive values that are a defining feature of American public life.""(con"t) www.wnd.com/?pageId=361461#ixzz1cAdnJKZe
and so it goes... America, once the beacon of Christianity of and for the world, now being tossed to the wolves of godlessness and - mark my words - destruction... if this continues, and at the moment i see no reason to believe it won"t, we're done as a nation and as a people... we will become less than the old Roman Empire as we have held a higher position and have been bountifully blessed by our Creator-God-Savior... though not a Biblical reference, a sure truth nonetheless: "the bigger they are, the harder they fall" and as Scripture states: "...and great was the fall of it." Matt 7:27b
At this point, only heart-deep humility with tear-sought forgiveness are the only remedies that can open the way for true Revival in America... a new round of politicians is not enough - even if each one professes Christ...
make your heart ready, my friend and brother-in-cause, things are going to get exponentially harder for us all... may God have mercy on us...
