200 sickened from New Mexico hazardous materials release

Authorities in southern New Mexico say a hazardous materials release has sickened some 200 people in the Santa Teresa area near the Mexican border.

A mandatory evacuation is under way for two miles around the Dona Ana County Industrial Park and the port of entry south of Las Cruces.
